Prism of Gems
Prism of Gems behaves like the glass it's named after, sending each spin off in two directions. Five reels stand upright while a sixth lies across them and carries the multipliers. Of the four stones, it's the one that repays the slowest look.

How the stone is cut
The board is five vertical reels with one horizontal reel laid across them. The number of symbols in play shifts from spin to spin, so the count of ways to match shifts too, reaching up to 3,087 ways.
Matching symbols are cleared and replaced in cascades. The horizontal reel is where the arithmetic gets interesting: each spot on it carries a multiplier, and that multiplier rises by one, up to x7, whenever the reel beneath that spot cascades. The wild appears only on this horizontal reel, never on the upright ones.
Three, four or five scatters start a round of 10, 15 or 20 free spins. During that round the multipliers carry over from one spin to the next instead of starting fresh, and every further scatter that lands adds two more spins.
All of this is played with demo credits from Play'n GO's fun mode. There's no real money anywhere on the reels.
