These terms set out how you may use ambervostin.com. The site is run by Ambervostin, the operator of ambervostin.com, and in these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean Ambervostin. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please close the page and don't use the site.

Adults at the bench

Ambervostin's bench is open only to adults aged 18 and over. Anyone under 18 may not use the site and should leave it. The age check shown on a first visit relies on you answering honestly, and we have no means of checking it further.

You're responsible for making sure that using a site like this one is allowed under the law where you are. Ambervostin is written for visitors in the United Kingdom, and rules elsewhere may differ.

The workshop in brief

Ambervostin runs as a free social casino. In practice that means a small collection of gem-themed demo slots by Play'n GO, one to a page, which you can play in your browser with demo credits. No real money is involved at any stage. There are no purchases, no prizes, no subscriptions and no accounts, and you can use every part of the site without telling us who you are.

Three statements that apply everywhere

These statements cover the whole site and every game on it:

1. Ambervostin and its games are intended for an adult audience only, meaning people aged 18 and over.
2. Ambervostin does not offer real-money gambling, and it offers no chance to win real money or prizes.
3. Practice or success at social casino games does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

Demo credits

The credits you see inside a game frame belong to Play'n GO's fun mode. They're demo credits, and they have no monetary value. They can't be bought, sold, exchanged, transferred to anyone else or cashed out, and they can't be carried from one game to another. They reset whenever the frame reloads, and we don't record or keep them.

No purchase is ever required to use Ambervostin, and there's nothing on the site to purchase.

Third-party games

Every demo slot on Ambervostin is Play'n GO's own demo build. It's hosted on Play'n GO's servers, controlled by Play'n GO and shown in our page through a frame. We don't modify the game or anything that happens inside it, and Play'n GO's own terms and policies may apply to what you do within the frame.

We don't control whether a demo is available at any given moment. A game may load slowly, fail to load, change or be taken offline by the provider without notice. If that happens we may take the page down or replace it, but we can't promise that any particular game will stay on the site.

The contact form

The form on our contact page lets you send us a message about the site: a question, a broken link, a demo that won't load or a correction. It is not a login, it does not create an account, it is not a payment channel, and it is not a support service for gambling problems. If you need help with gambling, please use the independent organisations listed on our safer play page. Messages are delivered to us by FormSubmit, and our privacy policy explains what happens to them after that.

Acceptable use

Please use the site in the spirit it's offered. In particular, you agree not to:

• try to break, overload or interfere with the site or the frames on it;
• copy the site wholesale, or present our text or artwork as your own;
• run automated tools against the site in a way that puts strain on it;
• send messages through the form that are abusive, unlawful, misleading or meant to advertise something;
• use the site if you're under 18 or if the law where you are doesn't allow it.

Intellectual property

Game names, game content, symbols and artwork shown inside the frames belong to Play'n GO or to the parties it works with. Naming a game on this site doesn't give anyone rights to it.

The text on Ambervostin, the layout of its pages and its SVG artwork, including the gem emblems, the sunburst and the diamond border, belong to Ambervostin. You may link to any page and quote a short passage with a link back. Please ask before reproducing anything larger.

No warranty

We take care over every page, but the site is provided as it is and as available. We don't promise that it will always be online, free of errors or free of harmful code from third parties, or that the descriptions of each game will match every future version of the demo. Game mechanics are described from Play'n GO's own published descriptions, and the demo itself is always the final word on how it plays.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Ambervostin isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from a demo that doesn't load or behaves unexpectedly, or from relying on anything written here. Because the site is free and involves no money, nothing of value can be lost by playing on it.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited under the laws of England and Wales, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

When the terms are recut

We may revise these terms when the site changes. The date near the beginning of this page shows when they were last updated, and the version published here is the one that applies to your visit.

Governing law

The laws of England and Wales govern these terms. Any dispute about them, or about the site, will be dealt with under those laws.
