Gemix
Gemix is the square-cut stone on our tray: a fantasy jewel board where nothing spins and everything settles. Matching gems gather, fall away and are replaced from above, the way loose stones shift when you tilt a tray.
This frame opens for visitors aged 18 and over. Press "I am over 18" in the age check and Gemix will load right here.
This is Play'n GO's own fun-mode build of Gemix, loaded from Play'n GO's server; the numbers inside it are demo credits with no value. Frame still blank? Reload the page or open it in another browser.
How the stone is cut
Gemix lays its jewels on a square board, seven columns by seven rows, and looks for clusters rather than lines. A cluster forms when five or more matching symbols touch one another horizontally or vertically.
Each cluster is lifted off the board. The symbols above drop to fill the space and new ones fall in behind them. That cascade can form fresh clusters, which are removed in turn, and the sequence carries on until the board settles with no new cluster left to clear.
All the while, a crystal meter at the side keeps count. Every cluster adds to its charge, and when it's full the meter fires one of four effects: Chain Lightning, Light Beam, Crystal Warp or Nova Blast. The meter is the part worth watching, because it's where a run of small clusters turns into one of the named effects.
None of it touches real money. Every cluster, cascade and effect runs on demo credits from the provider's fun mode.

A word on the credits: the figure in the Gemix frame is a demo credit count. It has no monetary value, can't be bought, and can't be exchanged, transferred or cashed out. No purchase is required to play, and there's nothing to purchase. The demo itself is Play'n GO's own build, run from Play'n GO's servers and left untouched by us.
Other stones on the tray
Cascades can make the minutes slip by unnoticed. Choose a stopping point before the first cluster, and if the board starts holding you longer than you meant, our safer play page is there for you.
